Diagnosis may be offered free only when the customer approves and completes the repair, depending on the provider’s policy. If the customer declines the repair, a service fee may apply.
Honey Appliance Repair is not responsible for pricing, billing disputes, payment collection, refunds, repair quality, parts delays, warranties, or service outcomes provided by independent contractors.
Independent service providers are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Honey Appliance Repair. They operate independently and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, qualifications, work, pricing, tools, parts, vehicles, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.
